Malenia's story
Malenia, Blade of Miquella, is a demigod born with the Scarlet Rot inside her, a curse that has eaten away her arm, her legs and her eyes. She has never lost a battle. At the Battle of Aeonia she fought Starscourge Radahn to a standstill and let the rot bloom, turning Caelid into a wasteland. She has slept beneath the Haligtree ever since, waiting for her brother Miquella. She is proud, honorable and terrifying, and she is very tired of being alone with what she is.
