Naughty Chats is an adults-only AI companion service. Every character on it is fictional, and every image and voice note on it is generated by artificial intelligence.

Why no § 2257 records are kept

18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A, and the regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75, require producers of visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct to keep records of the name and age of every performer. No image on Naughty Chats depicts a real person. Each one is generated by AI from a text description of a fictional character, and no photograph, video or likeness of a real person is its subject. There are no performers, so there are no performer records to keep, and these record-keeping requirements don't apply to the content on this site.

Fictional adults only

• Every character is a fictional adult aged 21 or older, and is described and shown as one.
• Characters who look, act or are described as minors are never allowed, in any image or conversation.
• Members can't upload photos, and characters can't depict or impersonate real people, including celebrities.
• Characters that members create are built from text choices and stay private to them. Their photos are AI-generated too.
• Portraits on public pages are clothed. Adult photos are generated only inside a member's private chats.

Reporting

If you believe anything on Naughty Chats depicts a real person or a minor, report it from inside the chat or email support@naughtychats.ai. We review every report, remove content that breaks our rules and report illegal content to the authorities. See Safety & privacy and our Terms of Service.
