Here's a fair comparison, including what Replika does better.
Why people look for a Replika alternative
Many long-time users felt the 2023 changes broke the relationship they'd built, and romance now depends on a paid plan. In 2025 Italy's data-protection authority fined Replika's maker €5 million, partly over age verification. If what you want is an adult romantic or sexual companion, an app designed for adults is simply a better fit.
What Replika does better
It's a polished companion app, and it's ahead in a few ways:
- Voice messages and voice calls, plus video features on Platinum.
- Native iOS and Android apps.
- Wellbeing features and a single companion that grows with you over years.
What you get on Naughty Chats
Instead of one companion, a catalog: realistic girls from a salsa teacher to an ER doctor, and anime characters from a fox spirit to a vampire countess. Each has her own personality and story, and remembers yours. Ask for a photo and she'll send one that fits the moment.
Want one companion you design yourself? With Premium you can create your own: looks, personality, your relationship and her backstory. Free accounts get 50 messages a day, and Premium (from $5 a month) makes them unlimited.
Bringing your Replika over
There's no import, but you can recreate her with the creator and describe your history together in your first message. She'll save the key details as memories, and you can check them in the chat sidebar.
