Affiliate Terms

The Naughty Chats affiliate program (the “Program”) pays members a commission on payments made by the people they refer. These terms add to our Terms of Service, which also apply. By joining the Program you agree to both.

1. Who can join

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and have a Naughty Chats account in good standing.
• One affiliate account per person or business. Give accurate information and keep your payout details up to date.
• We may decline an application, or pause or close an affiliate account, at our discretion.

2. Referrals

• Your link is any naughtychats.ai address with your code added (?ref=yourcode). When someone opens it, their browser remembers your code for 90 days. If they open another affiliate's link before signing up, the latest link counts.
• A new account made in that browser within those 90 days is credited to you when it's created, for as long as the account exists. Accounts made before the visitor clicked your link, or in another browser, aren't credited.
• Credit depends on that cookie. Visitors who block or clear cookies, and visitors in the EU and EEA, the UK and Switzerland, where we don't store it without consent, can't be credited. Our records decide which referrals and payments count.

3. Commission

• You earn 20% (or the rate shown on your dashboard, if we've agreed a different one with you) of each payment made by accounts credited to you: Premium and Ultra subscriptions, their renewals and token packs, counted on the price in US dollars.
• There's no commission on free time or tokens we give away, on test payments, or on payments made while your account is paused.
• We may change the standard rate or these terms by updating this page. Commission already earned keeps the rate it was earned at.

4. Holds, refunds and chargebacks

• Each commission is held for 30 days after its payment before it can be paid out.
• If a payment is refunded or charged back, its commission is reversed. If it was already paid out, the amount comes off your next commissions.
• We may hold commissions while we look into suspected fraud or a breach of these terms.

5. Payouts

• Once at least $50.00 has cleared, you can request a payout from your dashboard, in crypto or by bank transfer. We review and send payouts by hand, usually within 7 business days.
• Payouts go to the details you saved. Check them carefully: crypto sent to a wrong address or network can't be recovered, and we aren't responsible for payments sent to details you gave us. Transfer and network fees may be taken out of the amount sent.
• You're responsible for any taxes on what you earn. We may ask for identity or tax information before paying, and hold payouts until we have it.
• If we close your affiliate account for a reason other than a breach of these terms, or end the Program, we pay out your cleared balance even if it's under the minimum.

6. How you may promote us

Share your link wherever adult content and affiliate links are allowed: your own site or blog, reviews, social profiles, link-in-bio pages, newsletters and adult communities. Follow each platform's rules, and say clearly that it's an affiliate link (in the US, the FTC's Endorsement Guides require it). You must not:

• Send spam: unsolicited emails, texts, direct messages or comments.
• Use bots, fake traffic, cookie stuffing, or pay or reward people to sign up or buy.
• Make false or misleading claims, such as “real women”, “meet locals” or “free forever”, or post fake reviews.
• Use anything that shows, suggests or appeals to minors, or real people's names or likenesses without their consent.
• Place links where most of the audience may be under 18, or help anyone get around age checks.
• Bid on “Naughty Chats”, “naughtychats.ai” or misspellings of them in search ads, or use look-alike domains.
• Pretend to be Naughty Chats or our staff, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests you are us.
• Post on hacked sites or pages you don't have the right to use.

7. Self-referrals and fraud

Commissions are for new customers you bring. Referring yourself, people in your household or accounts you control, making fake accounts, or using stolen payment details isn't allowed. We review sign-ups and payments, and may void the commissions involved, claw back payouts and close your affiliate account. If we close it for a breach of these terms, unpaid commissions are forfeited.

8. Privacy

Your dashboard shows each referral's first initial, when they joined, their plan and what they spent, never their name, email or chats. Don't try to find out who they are. We keep your payout details and earnings as our Privacy Policy describes.

9. Leaving, and the rest

• You can leave at any time by emailing us. We pay out your cleared balance as section 5 describes.
• You're an independent affiliate, not our employee, agent or partner, and you can't make promises for us.
• The Program is provided as is. As far as the law allows, our liability to you under it is limited to the commissions you've earned and haven't been paid.
