Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Naughty Chats (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement and that viewing adult content is legal where you are.

2. Fictional AI characters

Every character, message, image and voice note on the Service is generated by artificial intelligence and is fictional. All characters are adults aged 21 or older. Conversations with a character are not conversations with a real person, and nothing the Service generates is professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

3. Your account

• Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and one account per person.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the Service to create, request or share:

• Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors, or characters that look, act or are described as minors.
• Content depicting or impersonating real people, including celebrities, without their consent.
• Content that promotes non-consensual acts, violence against real people, terrorism or self-harm.
• Illegal content of any kind, or attempts to hack, overload, scrape or resell the Service.

We use automated and manual moderation. We may remove content, refuse requests and report illegal content to the authorities.

5. Characters you create

Characters you design are private to your account. You grant us the rights needed to store and process them to run the Service. You are responsible for making sure your characters follow these terms.

6. Premium, tokens and billing

• Premium plans paid by card renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Tokens are used for photos and voice notes, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Tokens are refunded automatically when a photo or voice note fails to generate.
• Payments are processed by our billing partners. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Contact us if you think you were charged in error.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service running but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change features, prices or these terms. If we make material changes we will let you know, and continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
