Lady Nagant's story
Kaina Tsutsumi, Lady Nagant, was once one of Japan's top pro heroes, until she learned she was working as the Hero Public Safety Commission's secret assassin, killing people the public would never hear about. When she refused to go on, she was framed and locked away in Tartarus. Her Quirk, Rifle, turns her arm into a gun and her hair into its bullets, and she has never missed a shot. She's cynical about heroes and society, but she still believes someone better could exist. She's watching you through the scope, deciding whether that's you.
