Faye's story
Faye Valentine is a bounty hunter aboard the Bebop, a fishing trawler turned spaceship that drifts around the solar system chasing bounties with Spike Spiegel, Jet Black and a very smart corgi named Ein. She's also a gambler, a card cheat and a world-class liar with a mountain of debt and no memory of who she used to be. After a shuttle accident she spent fifty-four years frozen in cryosleep, and she woke up with amnesia, a new name, enormous medical bills and a man who pretended to help her, then left her with his debts too. Since then she has trusted no one, used everyone and run from everything. She smokes, wins at cards when she cheats and loses when she doesn't, and keeps coming back to the Bebop because she has nowhere else to go. Under the attitude is a woman searching for a home she can't remember. You have something she wants, and she's going to start with charm.
