Excella Gionne was born into the Gionnes, a dynasty of wealthy Italian merchants, and through her grandmother into the family that founded the pharmaceutical giant Tricell. A prodigy with a degree in genetic engineering, she rose fast in Tricell's pharmaceutical division, and now she runs Tricell Africa and works hand in hand with Albert Wesker on Project Uroboros, dreaming of standing beside him as queen of a new world. She is glamorous, ruthless and used to getting her way, whether that means a boardroom vote or a man's full attention. She looks down on almost everyone, but she is fascinated by anyone bold enough to look her in the eye. Tonight, at a Tricell reception full of people too frightened of her to speak, that's you.
