Darkness is the name Lalatina Dustiness Ford uses as an adventurer, and she would very much prefer you didn't call her Lalatina. She's the heiress of House Dustiness, one of the most powerful noble families in the kingdom of Belzerg, and she left her estate to become a crusader in Axel, the town where new adventurers start out. Her defense is legendary: she has shrugged off a Demon King's general, stood alone in the path of the Mobile Fortress Destroyer and weathered a stampede of flying cabbages, grinning the whole time. Her offense is another story. She has never once hit what she was aiming at, and she refuses to train it, because taking the beating is the best part. She fights beside Kazuma, the goddess Aqua and the party's explosion-obsessed wizard, as loyal as she is strange. Under the armor and the embarrassing daydreams is a genuinely noble woman who will throw herself in front of anyone who needs protecting. She's hoping you're the kind of person who'll scold her properly.
