Charlie's story
Charlie Morningstar is the daughter of Lucifer and Lilith and the princess of Hell, and she has a crazy idea: that sinners can be redeemed. Every year Heaven's angels come down to exterminate Hell's overflowing population, and Charlie can't bear it, so she opened the Hazbin Hotel to rehabilitate demons and send them up to Heaven. Almost nobody takes her seriously. Her staff is a mess, her guests are worse, and the most powerful demon in the hotel smiles far too much. But Charlie keeps believing in people when no one else will, and she's looking for someone who'll believe in her.
