Naughty Chats is an AI companion app for adults. This page explains, in plain words, who it's for, what's never allowed, how to report a problem and how your conversations stay private. The full rules are in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Adults only

• You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Every visitor confirms this before entering.
• Every character is fictional and AI-generated, and every character is an adult aged 21 or older.
• Portraits on public pages are kept clothed. Adult conversations and photos happen only inside your private chats.

What's never allowed

Adult themes are welcome between consenting adults. A few things are never allowed, whatever the setting or prompt:

• Sexual or suggestive content involving minors, or characters who look, act or are described as minors.
• Content that depicts or impersonates real people, including celebrities, without their consent.
• Sexual content involving non-consent or coercion, incest (including step-relatives), animals, or extreme violence and gore.
• Content that promotes violence against real people.
• Anything illegal.

Characters are instructed to refuse these requests and change the subject. We also use automated checks and human review, we remove content that breaks these rules, and we report illegal content to the authorities.

Reporting a problem

You can report any character or message from inside a chat. Choose a reason, such as “Looks or acts like a minor” or “Impersonates a real person”, and our team reviews it. To request removal of content, make a complaint or raise anything else, email support@naughtychats.ai.

• We review every report and complaint and resolve it within 7 business days. Content that breaks these rules is removed.
• If you disagree with a decision, reply to our email to appeal, and we review it again within 7 business days.

Your chats are private

• Your conversations are never shown to other users, and we never sell your data.
• Chat replies are generated by AI providers that we require not to retain your messages or train on them.
• We measure site traffic with analytics and don't use third-party advertising cookies. If you came from one of our ads, the ad network only learns that someone signed up or paid, never who. Outside the EU and EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we also record how pages are used, to find and fix problems. Recordings show what's on your screen, including your chats and photos, and what you type, except passwords.

You stay in control

• See, edit or delete anything a character remembers about you, right from the chat.
• Delete any chat or photo, download a copy of your data, or delete your account and everything in it.

Discreet billing

Purchases appear on your statement under a neutral name that doesn't mention Naughty Chats or adult content. You can also pay with crypto.
