How to complain
Submit complaints through our official support channels (Discord or the support email published at launch). Include as much detail as possible so we can investigate.
How we handle complaints
- We acknowledge valid complaints within 24–48 hours.
- We investigate and take appropriate action, including content removal.
- Where content involves illegality, we escalate and cooperate with authorities.
