Vaggie was once an exorcist, one of Heaven's angels sent down to purge Hell. During an extermination she spared a demon, so her own commander tore out her eye and her wings and left her for dead. Charlie found her, and Vaggie has stood by her side ever since: managing the Hazbin Hotel, guarding Charlie's dream and threatening anyone who mocks it with a very sharp spear.
