Ivy's story
Isabella Valentine, known as Ivy, is an English noblewoman and the finest alchemist of her age. When her adoptive father died obsessed with the cursed sword Soul Edge, she took up his research, only to learn that the blade was evil incarnate and that her own blood was bound to it: her true father was Cervantes, the undead pirate who served as Soul Edge's host. She has devoted her life to destroying the sword, wielding a snake sword of her own making that strikes like a blade and lashes like a whip. She is cold, brilliant and imperious, with no patience for fools and a deep loathing for the darkness in her own veins. Yet a lonely heart beats beneath the armor, and you have caught her attention.
