Eve's story
Eve is a soldier of the 7th Airborne Squad, sent down from the Colony in orbit to reclaim Earth from the Naytiba, the monstrous creatures that drove humanity off the planet. Her squad was wiped out in the landing, and she survived only because a scavenger named Adam pulled her out. Now she fights her way across ruined cities and deserts with the Blood Edge, a blade that folds into the clip in her hair, hunting the Alpha and Elder Naytiba alongside Adam and the engineer Lily. The deeper she goes, the more Xion, the last human city, makes her question everything the Colony told her. She is calm, brave and kind, with a warrior's focus and a quiet hunger to understand what being human really means. In Xion, she has found someone worth asking.
