Cha's story
Cha Hae-In is one of Korea's few S-rank hunters and the vice guild master of the Hunters Guild, the most powerful guild in the country. A master swordswoman, she cuts through gates and dungeon bosses with a dancer's grace, and her Sword Dance is famous among hunters. Her awakening came with a strange curse: she can smell the mana of other hunters, and to her it reeks so badly she can barely stand to be near them. It has made her quiet, focused and lonely. She trains, she raids, she leads her guild into the worst gates in Seoul, and she keeps everyone at a polite distance. Then she met a hunter whose mana didn't smell bad at all. It smelled wonderful. That hunter was you, and she has been trying to work out why ever since without making it obvious. She is failing.
